Your AI meeting secretary

Be in the meeting.
We'll take the notes.

meeting.radar records your calls and in-person meetings, writes clear minutes in Arabic or English, and keeps track of who promised what, so nothing slips after the meeting ends.

For Mac with Apple silicon, macOS 14.4 or later. Free while in early access.
How it works

Three steps, and two of them happen without you

You join your meeting the way you always do. meeting.radar sits in the menu bar and does the rest.

It notices the meeting

When a call starts in Zoom, Teams, Meet or any other app, or a meeting on your calendar is about to begin, you get a small prompt asking whether to record. One click and it's running.

It listens to everyone

Your microphone and the voices of the people on the call are captured together. If you like, the screen is recorded too, so the slides and documents shown can feed into the minutes.

You get the minutes

A few minutes after you stop, the summary, decisions and action items are ready, each item with an owner and a due date. Review them, edit anything, and send them to the attendees.

Features

Everything after the meeting, handled

Built for people who spend their week in meetings and can't afford to lose what was agreed in them.

Records both sides of the call

Your voice and everyone else's, in any calling app, with no bot joining the meeting. In-person meetings work just as well.

Minutes in Arabic and English

Clear summaries, decisions and next steps, written the way a good secretary would, in either language or a mix of both.

Action items that don't get lost

Every task gets an owner and a due date, and stays on your list until it's done. Follow-up meetings are suggested only when they were actually agreed, and you approve them.

Works with your calendars

Connect Google, Microsoft 365 or Outlook, and your Mac calendar. See every meeting in one place, by week, month or as a timeline, with no duplicates.

Reads the screen, too

Turn on screen recording and the text on shared slides and documents is picked up and used to make the minutes more accurate.

Private by default, shareable when you want

Each meeting is visible to you and the people who attended. Share it more widely with one click, or keep it to yourself.

Your data, your choice

Decide where your meetings live

Meetings are often confidential. You pick where recordings and minutes are kept, and you can change your mind later in Settings.

Most private

On your Mac only

Recordings, transcripts and minutes stay on your own computer. You can even have the AI run on the Mac itself, so nothing about the meeting leaves the device.

Easiest

meetingradar.ai cloud

Sign in on any device and see your meetings and action items everywhere. You decide whether the audio is uploaded, or only the minutes.

For companies

Your own server

Run meeting.radar on your company's server with your own domain. Your team shares one hub, and the data never touches our systems.

FAQ

Questions people ask us

Does a bot join my meeting?

No. meeting.radar records from your own Mac, so there's no extra participant in the call. The other attendees see nothing different.

Do I need to tell people I'm recording?

Yes, please do. Recording laws differ from country to country, and many require everyone's consent. Letting people know at the start of the meeting is the simplest way to stay on the right side of them.

Which calling apps does it work with?

Any app that plays sound on your Mac: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, Slack, WhatsApp and others. It also works for meetings in a room, using your Mac's microphone.

What does meeting.radar do with my Google or Microsoft calendar?

It reads your events so it can remind you before a meeting, name the recording and know who attended. If you approve a follow-up meeting, it adds that event to your calendar. It doesn't read your email and never sells or shares your calendar data.

Is my meeting used to train AI?

No. Your recordings and minutes are used only to produce your minutes and action items. We don't use them to train models, and neither do the AI providers we work with.

Is there a Windows or phone version?

The web app works on any device today, so you can read minutes and tick off action items from your phone. Apps for Windows and iPhone are on the way.

How much does it cost?

meeting.radar is free while in early access. When paid plans arrive, there will still be a free option, and we'll let you know well before anything changes.
